About Pineapple Cafe
Experience the Pineapple Café – a student-led showcase of hospitality and culinary excellence within the Hospitality Management program at the University of Arkansas. This immersive event is the culmination of hands-on learning in service management, menu planning, food preparation, and professional hospitality through the course Culture & Cuisines of the World, led by Lobat Siahmakoun, Chef and Instructor. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted dining experience where students apply their skills in recipe development, cost control, sanitation, and quality assurance. From kitchen to table, every detail reflects the Hospitality program’s commitment to exceptional service, experiential learning, and Southern charm.
